Description:
The Urology Department specializes in general urology, focusing on the following:
1. The treatment of BPH and urethral strictures using non-surgical techniques (stents)
2. Urological oncology:
- Operations for bladder tumors
(bladder substitution, continent reservoir, bladder continence stomas)
- Surgical treatment of carcinoma of prostate (radical retropubic and perineal prostatectomy)
- Plastic operations for the improvement of penile appearance in children and adults (hypospadias, penile curvature, penile augmentation)
- Special operations for female incontinence and bladder diseases
- Lower and upper tract endourology for stone disease and tumors of the urinary system
