Description: The HYMC's Pharmacy has a number of functions: 1. Purchasing medicines and laboratory materials for the hospital 2. Distributing medicines to the in-patient departments and to soldiers and materials to the laboratories 3. Preparing syrups and medicinal preparations that cannot be purchased 4. Preparing sterile solutions for full IV nutrition 5. Preparing chemotherapy for hematological patients who come in for one-day hospitalization 6. Providing answers for doctors and nurses' queries 7. Providing management with reports regarding medicines - registration procedures and overall hospital requirements A special service: Upon request, we are able to supply medicinal information for the patient, based on a ''Micromedex''-supported medicinal data-bank. This data-bank is utilized in accordance with the Ministry of Health, and, depending upon the pharmacy's workload, must allow at least 24 hours for answer submission following a written request to the pharmacy. All answers will be given in writing and will include available links to the original material, from which the answer was obtained.
